TErms of service

I HAVE NO PROBLEM DRAWING

  • Humans

  • Animals (including furries, mlp and antros)

  • Cartoony Gore

  • Fanart of anything (however if I am not familiar with the media I may recquire more explanation)

  • NSFW

I WILL NOT DRAW

  • Free art

  • Detailed backgrounds

  • Anything hateful/racist/sexist/culturally appropriative

  • Other art styles. I draw only in my style which I'm comfortable with!

  • 100% anatomical gore (simply cause I'm not that good with biology)

  • Some fetishes:

WHAT DO I NEED

  • A good visible reference, at least one, but I would appreciate more drawings. Even for a custom some visual idea of what you have in mind would be appreciated.

  • Being responsive. Please if you want something changed, TELL ME.

PAYMENT

  • Currency accepted is either USD or PLN and can be paid through PayPal or Transfer (only Poland)

  • I accept payment full upfront and half-half. Altho half-half payment is accepted only if your order is $40 or more.

  • If it annoys you, that I'm transferring $1 to 4PLN, not 3.73935PLN commission someone else pls and thank you.

  • I won't add you to the queue nor start working on your commission until you pay, unless you are a trusted customer.

MAKING YOUR COMM

  • Time of waiting for the order may be very varied, from few days to maximum of two months.

  • You will receive a sketch for approval, you can ask for as many changes as needed. 

  • After approving the sketch you won't get a refund if you would like to cancel your commission.

  • After approving the sketch additional changes will come with a fee (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made)

If your reference is unclear to start with, It's not my mistake, and you will need to pay extra charges.

COPYRIGHT

  • I claim the rights to the produced drawing and I am allowed to use the artwork to promote myself and post it. (I can keep the artwork private, but I need to be informed)

  • The buyer is allowed to use the commissioned piece for PERSONAL USE*, like:

- Uploading it on any social platform
- Printing the artwork
- Using the artwork as a part of your brand (pfp, baner, avatar etc.)

CREDITING ME!

* meaning non-commercially. Not to be used for profit or commercial gain if the artwork is the essential part of the profit (eg. selling prints or merch with the artwork on it.)
